Inside the hood's outer shell is a perforated steel lining that houses 50mm non-hygroscopic acoustic insulation. The hood is designed to attain a high level of noise reduction of up to 27dB. The hood is fixed to the wall via four mounting brackets that are welded to the hood's back wall. Four anti-vibration mounts are supplied to further enhance the hood’s performance. A load of up to 60 kgs can be safely mounted on the gear plate.
